As a Vegan and Vegetarian Nutritionist and a Wellness Coach, it is very important to ensure that I am always on the same page as the client. I fully understand that clients I meet with may have a completely different level of understanding when it comes to nutrition and that they might prefer a soft and easy approach in the language that they actually understand.

 

As someone who has been there herself, I know how important it is to understand what is being said and recommended. I have a special interested in people who are looking to transition from omnivore to vegetarian or vegan as well as people with weight issues. All of Easy Way to Go Vegan Diet Plans are bespoke and designed with you in mind. Before creating a diet plan for you, you will have to answer a comprehensive questionnaire or a telephone conversation to ensure that all aspects of your day to day life are taken into consideration. I will look at your likes and dislikes, accessibility, time and money too. I realise that 'off the shelf' diet plans really cannot work for everyone and a lot of people have no idea how to measure their macro or micro nutrients, this is where I come in. I specialise in transition plans however writing a weight loss diet plan is not a stranger to me as long as you will implement the advice I can also give you as a personal trainer. But don't worry, I won't make you exercise unless you ask me to!
